Hi, my name is Diana and I'm raising funds to help my grandfather, Francisco Medina, who is hospitalized after suffering a hip fracture.
For him to undergo urgent surgery, our family must purchase the surgical materials the hospital doesn't have available: a DEN nail, orthopedic instruments, and a Flat Panel — at an approximate cost of $1,500.
Beyond surgery, we also need to cover hospitalization expenses: adult diapers, wipes, food, a mattress pad, and other essentials we bring to the hospital every day.
